Calgary Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel today announced that import defensive back Quinton Meaders has been released from the practice roster.
Meaders signed with the club in May and had been on the practice roster for the entire regular season.
The Stamps host the Saskatchewan Roughriders at McMahon Stadium this Saturday, Aug. 1 at 7 p.m. Tickets for the game are very close to sold out. Limited tickets are still available for $15.99 at selected local Safeway locations.
